Each year DAF Trucks host a Dealer Conference for dealerships across Europe, as an opportunity to keep all DAF dealerships up to date on the latest news, technology and changes within the company, and recognise high performing dealerships.
This year the International Dealer Meeting was held in Malaga, Spain, and saw a number of dealerships commended for their efforts over the past 12 months, including Ford & Slater who was presented with an award for the UK Used Truck Dealer of the Year 2018.
This is the second year Ford & Slater has picked up one of the coveted international dealer awards; in 2018 they were awarded PACCAR Financial International Dealer of the Year.
Managing Director Tim Strevens, commented, “We are thrilled to have come home with a trophy once again; It is an honour to be recognised for the work our Used Trucks team has been doing, especially when up against many fantastic dealerships. We look forward to another successful year.”
