Last summer F&S Spalding underwent some extensive refurbishment to expand the site and create more space and facilities for our parts, service and sales customers and 41 Spalding employees.
Perhaps most noticeable to visitors is the new reception area. Not only is this a lot more inviting and spacious compared to our previous reception, but it also boasts a large DAFShop display case and private driver waiting area, complete with television and coffee machine.
Behind the scenes our dealership now has an entirely new first floor, with fully equipped canteen area, shower and bathroom facilities, new meeting and training rooms and additional parts storage.
General Manager for Spalding, Andy Fish, said “We are always aiming to create a positive environment for both customers and employees alike and these renovations have already made a huge difference to our staff and visitors. Ford & Slater Spalding saw an increase of 11% in all parts counter sales last year and these new facilities will give us the storage we need to accommodate for that growth.”
Andy continued, “Our quality training and meeting rooms also offer our departments a comfortable space to meet with customers. We are all really happy with our new and improved dealership site and hope our customers enjoy it just as much.”
